Responsibilities include overseeing central plant operations, maintaining guest room systems, and coordinating with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Universal EPA 608 certification.
• At least 4 years HVAC experience (or combination of HVAC technical certification and experience).
• Desire to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Experience with commercial laundry and kitchen repair, boiler operations, central plant operations, chiller operations, and high rise fire systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee central plant and chiller operations.
• Maintain and repair hotel, kitchen, and laundry facilities.
• Electrical and plumbing systems maintenance.
• Maintain logs of work performed while on duty.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and charge refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance within guest rooms and respond to guest room maintenance complaints.
• Assemble furniture as needed.
• Work as a team with all members of the Engineering department.
• Participate in special projects.
