Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in commercial or residential HVAC estimating.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and general repair/installation practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review diagnostic reports and determine scope of work for repairs.
• Calculate material, parts, and labor costs; evaluate vendor quotations.
• Draft and submit professional repair quotes and proposals.
