Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc. is seeking skilled HVAC Mechanics to support North America with the most advanced heavy commercial equipment. You will work on light and heavy commercial teams, focusing on safety, teamwork, and delivering reliable service.

Responsibilities include maintenance, repair and installation of commercial HVACR systems, with opportunities for certification through JCI’s Service Technical Academy. Travel 10–20% may be required to support branch activities.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience.
• Member of United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing & Pipe Fitting Industry (US & Canada).
• EPA refrigerant license and state/local licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Provide quotes and recommendations to improve facility efficiency.
• Support branch customers with troubleshooting, installation and service.
