Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking skilled HVAC Mechanics to support the fast-growing North American HVAC business. The role covers light to heavy commercial systems with opportunities for career development and certifications through our Service Technical Academy (STA).

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years commercial/industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in HVAC, including rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing.
• Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support the fast-growing HVAC business in North America.
• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Provide quotes to customers and assist in sales quoting as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and customer communication throughout service and commissioning.
