Qualifications

• Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
• Minimum of three years commercial/industrial mechanical troubleshooting in HVAC.
• Experience with rooftop units, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide quotes and recommendations to customers to improve facility efficiency.
• Collaborate with Servicemen and apprentices to deliver high-quality service.
