Qualifications

• Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO.
• Minimum of three years Commercial/industrial mechanical troubleshooting in HVAC including rooftops, pumps, fans, towers, boilers, chillers, compressors, plumbing.
• Ability to perform mechanical shaft alignment and use dial indicators.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial HVACR systems.
• Coordinate with Journeymen, Servicemen and apprentices to deliver high-quality service.
• Provide quotes and solutions to ensure facility runs efficiently during commissioning and service.
