Job summary

CFM Company seeks a Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Executive with 5+ years of sales and leadership experience. This outside sales role focuses on selling commercial HVAC equipment and systems to owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.

You will develop long-term relationships and influence system design to drive specifications. The role reports to the Sales leadership and involves collaboration with internal teams from design to submittals and project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC sales and leadership experience.
• Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Proven negotiation and bid-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Promote and sell commercial HVAC equipment and systems represented by CFM.
• Prepare and present bids, and support project development from design through bidding and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities from design to submittal and closure.
