Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent; 3–5 years in project management or related admin field.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred.
• Financial management/budgeting background preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft software, Teams, and ability to quickly learn proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Plans and analyzes assigned projects, sets schedules and parameters.
• Communicates with customers and representatives, maintains satisfaction.
• Monitors ship dates and internal ordering processes.
• Manages forecasted cost at completion and controls expenses.
• Creates and revises project schedules with tasks and milestones.
• Oversees project cash-flow: billing, collections, resources.
• Prepares detailed cost estimates and handles deviations from scope.
• Prepares material & vendor orders and records receipts.
