Airsys North America, LLC in Woodruff, SC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for the design, validation, and deployment of advanced HVAC and cooling solutions across mission-critical markets. You will set technical direction, ensure design integrity, and align execution with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive engineering experience with HVAC systems.
• 3+ years leading or managing engineers or technical teams.
• Strong understanding of HVAC design, controls, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers including Senior Application and HVAC Engineers.
• Set goals, performance standards, and conduct regular reviews and career development planning.
• Manage workload allocation, prioritization, and capacity planning to balance project demands with quality and timelines.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Provide senior technical direction across HVAC system design, controls integration, and operational resilience.
