Job summary

Addison-HVAC, LLC is seeking a Project Engineering Manager in Orlando to translate customer requirements into engineered HVAC solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing engineering, manufacturing, or customer-focused projects.
• PMP certification or similar credential preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project or similar tools.
• Strong in project planning, scheduling, scope control, change management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Solid understanding of project financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with CAD drawings, ERP/MRP systems, BOM integrity, and configuration control.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from bid through production, shipment, installation, and customer acceptance.
• Lead large-scale commercial and custom-engineered projects within schedule, quality, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans with scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, risks, and resources; provide updates.
• Review quotes, specifications, contracts, submittals to ensure compliance.
• Apply airflow dynamics, contamination control principles, and equipment performance to optimize designs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to translate requirements into CAD models and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
• Serve as primary customer contact to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
