Job summary

Morris-Jenkins in Greenville, SC is seeking an HVAC Manager to lead our growing HVAC department. You’ll work with field technicians and Dispatch to organize schedules, ensure resources meet demand, and keep the team informed through weekly meetings and daily game plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC in SC is required.
• At least 1 year of HVAC management experience.
• At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to devise creative solutions and exercise independent judgment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Valid local driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Acceptable criminal background and drug screening results.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day HVAC operations, coordinating with field technicians.
• Oversee scheduling with Dispatch to balance capacity and demand.
• Prepare and run weekly meetings for HVAC Service Technicians and Installers.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and issue daily game plans to the team.
• Drive growth of the Greenville location and mentor the HVAC team to improve performance.
• Support Morris-Jenkins’ Top Workplace reputation by fostering a positive culture.
