Airsys North America, LLC is seeking an experienced Applications Engineering Manager to lead the PowerOne Applications Engineering team in South Carolina. Qualifications

• Leadership experience in building and managing an applications engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, and data center cooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Applications Engineering team to deliver high-performing, accurate equipment selections and proposals.
• Own execution quality, standard turnaround times, and validation of technical deliverables for customers and partners.
• Provide technical leadership on chillers, liquid cooling, and related systems; guide non-standard operating conditions and configurations.
• Partner with Sales and channel to support opportunity development with design guidance and competitive analysis.
• Improve tools, processes, and scalability of the applications engineering function.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve issues and influence roadmaps.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and ensure all published performance claims are substantiated.
