Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician in our Operations team in the United States. You’ll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety-focused tasks across building systems to keep venues running smoothly during events.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, HVAC training preferred, and 2 years of building mechanical experience; EPA certification preferred. You’ll work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 75 lbs, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; or 2 years related experience.
• HVAC technical training preferred.
• Apprentice Electrician License preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Two (2) years' experience operating and maintaining building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety).

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance including painting, patching, re-lamping, and door hardware repair.
• Assist other maintenance mechanics with routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment, motors and controllers.
• Respond to building service calls and troubleshoot facility issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on domestic water systems and related mechanical systems.
• Handle minor structural and electrical tasks and related duties.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and refinishing.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment and related tools.
• Follow building codes and regulations for maintenance activities.
• Log all work orders and required reports accurately and timely.
• Promote a safe working environment and follow life-safety programs.
