Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical components of large commercial HVAC systems for a major manufacturing client. The role involves proactive testing, preventive maintenance, and responsive service across daytime, evening, and night shifts.

Some overtime and on-call availability may be required. The engineer will supervise tasks, install and calibrate control systems, inspect equipment for safety and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school required; 4–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Refrigeration license or Universal 608 certification required.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred.
