Frontier Energy, Inc. seeks an HVAC Client Engagement Consultant to lead a program team and manage customer relationships for multifamily energy efficiency programs.

You will drive participation, evaluate bids, and coordinate rebates while guiding team members in a matrix organization. Ideal candidates will have energy efficiency or utility sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 40% regionally, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy efficiency or utility programs is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with scope, schedule, and budget control.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to propose solutions quickly.
• Proficient with MS Office and data tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a program team in customer engagement and oversee day-to-day program activities.
• Drive participation from existing customers and build relationships with owners and managers.
• Coordinate energy efficiency projects, bids, rebates, and program services.
• Discuss energy measures (lighting, HVAC, building envelope) with customers and contractors.
• Enter data into spreadsheets/databases to track energy savings and progress.
• Travel regionally up to 40% and occasionally overnight.
