Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a District Service Manager in Raleigh, NC. You will lead the service district, guide Account Managers and the service team, and ensure safety and high service standards while driving revenue and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in commercial HVAC service with 4+ years of leadership; experience with P&L >$5M is preferred. In-office role with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years related experience in commercial HVAC service or parallel industry.
• 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Leadership experience in Service, Sales, and Operations.
• Experience with financial statements and managing P&L in excess of $5M.
• H1, H2, and/or H3 HVAC Licensing, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans, strategies and objectives to meet or exceed quotas and financial plans.
• Coordinate resources so customer needs and service work are completed timely and with quality.
• Manage district P&L and deliver on revenue and operating income goals.
• Lead Account Managers and the fulfillment team for growth in service, repairs, and turnkey projects.
• Build rapport with internal and external partners to achieve sales objectives.
