Qualifications

• Supervise technicians and oversee service operations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of HVAC design, systems and energy solutions.
• Lead and develop district service team and training.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation contact for customer issues.
• Support sales through job quotation and estimation.
• Approve estimates for scope of work, labor hours and material content.
• Establish project timelines and coordinate with customers.
• Manage projects, assign technicians, and oversee orders and sign-offs.
• Provide leadership and supervision to technician team and development.
• Oversee quotations and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Identify new selling opportunities through customer relationships.
• Ensure maintenance contracts and inspections are fulfilled on time.
• Renew contracts and manage upgrades on house accounts.
• Generate pull-through service and repair work.
• Lead Tech Tip program and customer care initiatives.
• Oversee technician reviews and annual appraisals.
• Coordinate training with Regional Trainer and budget.
