Position Overview

Absolute Heating & Air in Pittsburgh, PA is looking for an exceptional full-time Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The role offers a competitive pay range of $50,000 – $90,000 per year, including performance bonuses and commissions. Qualified candidates may have the opportunity to work remotely from home.

Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher, you will work a full-time schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for early starts, late finishes, or weekend shifts as needed. Your day will begin by coordinating schedules and communicating with clients to ensure all service requests are efficiently managed. You will handle inbound calls, create new accounts, book jobs, and maintain top‑notch customer service. Throughout the day you will follow up on open jobs and estimates, coordinate with technicians to meet client needs swiftly, and perform a dispatch close‑out process that follows a checklist to confirm jobs are properly completed.

Required Qualifications

• Strong dispatching experience and background
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan (experience with additional ServiceTitan products is ideal, though not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in home service trades
• Customer service experience
• Ability to understand performance reports and data
• Experience with Microsoft programs, including Excel and Teams
• Potential to do inside sales and earn a commission
