Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dispatching, customer service, or scheduling experience (HVAC/trades preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with scheduling or CRM platforms; ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must reside in Delaware, Pennsylvania, or Southern New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to residential and commercial job sites.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates.
• Coordinate daily operations with service managers and field technicians.
• Monitor technician status and job progress throughout the day.
• Enter service orders, job updates, and customer details into dispatching software.
• Respond to emergency calls and adjust scheduling as needed.
• Manage incoming leads from advertising vendors.
• Submit quotes and invoices in a timely and professional manner.
