Responsabilités

• Dispatch Service Techs using ServicePro.
• Schedule and monitor the dispatch board.
• Learn the business and prioritize urgent customer calls.
• Relay detailed and accurate information to technicians.
• Record and report service calls.
• Update customers on technician progress.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and heating/AC repairs.
• Analyze issues impacting technicians and customers.
• Work with technicians to ensure excellent service.
• Other duties as assigned.
