Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch Service Technicians using ServicePro.
• Schedule and monitor the dispatch board.
• Learn the business and prioritize urgent customer calls.
• Relay detailed and accurate information to technicians in the field.
• Record and report the service calls.
• Update customers during the day on technician progress.
• Knowledge of HVAC maintenance, plumbing issues, and heating/AC repairs.
• Analyze and solve issues impacting technicians and customers.
• Strategically work with technicians to ensure excellent service.
• Other duties as assigned.
