Job summary

Adeedo! Drains, Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a skilled Dispatcher for our HVAC department in Inglewood, CA. You will be the hub between customers, field technicians, and the operations team, ensuring service requests are dispatched promptly and communicated clearly.

The role requires at least 2 years in dispatching, HVAC industry experience, and strong communication. This is an in-office, fast-paced environment with some Saturdays and evenings, offering a pay range of $18–$24 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in a fast-paced setting.
• HVAC industry experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications; Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and dispatch to field technicians.
• Serve as main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor schedules and adjust in real time to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and incidents.
• Coordinate emergency response when required.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet demands.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
