Job summary

Adeedo! Drains, Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Dispatcher for the HVAC department in Inglewood, CA. You will be the central hub between customers, field technicians, and the operations team, ensuring prompt service and clear communication.

Job requires dispatching 2+ years in HVAC, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. In-office work with some weekend hours and a shift closing around 7:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and dispatch to field technicians.
• Serve as main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor schedules and adjust in real time to optimize operations.
• Maintain records of service requests, schedules, and incidents.
• Coordinate emergency response when needed.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet demand.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
