Adeedo! Drains, Plumbing, Heating & Air is hiring a Dispatcher for our HVAC team in Inglewood, CA. This in-office role serves as the communication hub between customers, field technicians, and the operations team to keep service calls moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of dispatching experience in HVAC, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Open availability Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• HVAC industry experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
• Act as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor schedules closely and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and any incidents.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands.
• Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
