Job summary

You will ensure efficient scheduling, exceptional customer service, and clear communication between clients and field staff to maintain workflow and maximize revenue. You will manage dispatch boards, monitor schedules, follow up on repair quotes, inform clients of delays, and support sales of service agreements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in a service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and multi-tasking.
• Familiarity with service software such as ServiceTitan.
• Customer-centric problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service calls and dispatch field technicians.
• Act as primary contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Monitor schedules and adjust in real time to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and incidents.
• Follow up on repair quotes and service agreements.
• Inform clients of delays and reschedule appointments.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
• Manage dispatch board to ensure steady workflow.
• Conduct post-job debriefs with technicians.
