Job summary

MIH Systems Group LLC in Canton, MA is hiring an HVAC dispatcher. You will coordinate and schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance for our HVAC technicians, while communicating with customers, updating records, and coordinating with the field team.

You will work from our Canton office, ensuring priority alignment with sales and service, managing emergencies, and maintaining clear, timely updates to customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or customer service experience, ideally in HVAC.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and technicians.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Communicate with customers to understand issues, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Maintain detailed records in dispatching software.
• Keep detailed records of service calls, customer interactions, job status, and technician assignments.
• Update dispatching software with accurate and timely information.
• Work with inventory/procurement to ensure parts and equipment.
• Partner with sales and service departments to align on priorities and customer needs.
• Handle emergencies and delays by adjusting schedules and reassigning tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service promptly and professionally.
