• Partner with sales and service departments to align on priorities and customer needs.
• Handle emergencies, delays, or breakdowns by adjusting schedules and reassigning tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns promptly and professionally.

Job Description

Role: Dispatcher MIH is hiring an HVAC dispatcher who will coordinate and schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks for HVAC technicians. You will communicate with customers to understand issues, provide updates, and address concerns, while maintaining detailed records in dispatching software. This is a great role for someone with strong customer service and organizational skills. You’ll work alongside our team in our Cromwell, CT office and support technicians from the region.

Estimated Salary: $25 - $30 hourly, based on experience and skills, plus benefits.
