Qualifications

• Minimum two years of office or customer service experience; dispatch experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service attitude and ability to plan and schedule work.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians; optimize routes.
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and document ticket information in the system.
• Create dispatch numbers for parts, follow up on part orders, and schedule installations.
