Murphy Company in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Service Coordinator – HVAC Dispatch for our Service team at our on-site St. Louis office.

This full-time role focuses on coordinating HVAC service requests, dispatching technicians, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and project work. You will schedule technicians, gather essential information from customers, and maintain clear, proactive communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in service dispatch or coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service calls from customers and internal teams.
• Answer phones professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on needs, skills, location, and availability.
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Document service requests and updates accurately in the Service Management Platform (PENTA).
• Provide administrative support to the service department and participate in on-call rotations.
