Job summary

Owens Companies is a local on-site service provider in the Minneapolis area seeking a Service Coordinator to join the service administrative team. You will ensure services meet Owens standards of operational excellence and act as a liaison between customers and technicians.

This role requires coordinating tickets, scheduling PM visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting dispatch operations. Local candidates near Minneapolis–St. Paul are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service focus; first impression for Owens Companies.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs while managing multiple administrative responsibilities.
• Three or more years of experience in HVAC service coordination, dispatch, or related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review all service tickets including hours, work description, and status to complete visits for timely billing.
• Correspond with technicians to clarify technical information.
• Work with dispatchers to schedule preventive maintenance.
• Communicate with customers on scheduling and changes.
• Back-up for commercial dispatchers and understand dispatcher processes.
• Answer incoming calls and schedule commercial service calls.
• Develop relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
• Implement Customer Care Plan to track customer satisfaction.
