Responsibilities

• Take calls and dispatch technicians to calls.
• Dispatch via email and log work orders in customer portals.
• Create jobs in software and assign to technicians with notifications.
• Follow up to ensure tech info is synchronized with the main office.
• Call back customers to set expectations on ETA and providePOs.
• Coordinate with techs for parts, vendor issues, and quotes.
