Job summary

The Arcticom Group in Puyallup, WA is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team. You will be the hub between customers, suppliers and field technicians to ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

You will dispatch and track work orders, log activities in our systems, and communicate ETA expectations to customers. Experience in fast-paced dispatch, MS Office familiarity, and strong communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School education is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of Dispatch Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, especially under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and dispatch technicians to service orders.
• Log in to customer portals and accept work orders; assign to technicians.
• Follow up to ensure technicians report back to the office and close the loop.
• Call customers to set expectations on technician ETA and status updates.
• Provide POs to technicians and process vendor invoices into the system accurately.
