Job summary

Charter Schools USA seeks a Dispatch Coordinator in Fort Lauderdale to manage open work orders, coordinate technicians and subcontractors, and drive on-time service delivery. Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate with continuing education in office clerical.
• 4+ years of AR/dispatch knowledge and/or experience.
• Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch duties: open service orders, dispatch subcontractors and in-house technicians, coordinate technicians schedule.
• Create purchase orders for subcontractor service calls, job materials, truck stock, etc.
• Utilize Netsuite & Shepherd for service and sales orders; AP duties incl. vendor invoices coding and on-time payment tracking.
• Manage accounts receivable, cash receipts, and collections; respond to customer inquiries and furnish requested documents.
• Prepare AR statements and past-due/collection letters; maintain organized customer files and notes in the system.
