Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, technicians, sales representatives, and service managers.
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch service technicians to customer locations accurately for service calls and maintenance.
• Maintain databases and assist in verifying the accuracy of invoices.
• Foster and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers through excellent customer service.
• Answer multi-line phones and handle calls in a pleasant manner.
• Work with billing to ensure invoicing accuracy and status updates across teams.
