Job summary

Baker Distributing in Tulsa, OK seeks a Driver Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC goods and materials to customers and Sales Centers, while maintaining safe, organized warehouse operations between trips.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading with care, inventory checks, order verification, truck maintenance, PPE use, and adherence to safety protocols. The role demands strong customer service, reliability, and ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1-year truck driving experience; Box Truck delivery experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment; meet DOT standards.
• CDL license is highly desirable; warehouse experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Represent Baker Distributing as a leader in the industry.
• Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers and Sales Centers.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain truck and report in/out times with merchandise returns.
• Follow safety protocols; use PPE; report hazards or incidents.
• Participate in safety training and drills.
• Ensure proper handling and storage to prevent injuries.
• Operate truck and warehouse equipment safely; keep workspace clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
