Job summary

Baker Distributing is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC goods daily and support warehouse operations. You will represent the company with professionalism while ensuring safe, timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory checks, vehicle maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to build durable customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1-year truck driving experience.
• Box Truck delivery experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience including forklift/pallet jack is a plus.
• Must be able to meet DOT physical qualifications with accommodations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers and other Sales Centers daily.
• Assist in warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain daily truck maintenance checklist and report in/out times.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Handle and store products safely to prevent accidents.
• Load and unload goods from truck using proper techniques and equipment.
