Baker Distributing Company is seeking a reliable Driver Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC products and support warehouse operations. You will safely transport items to customers and assist with loading, unloading, and inventory tasks.

The role emphasizes customer service, timely deliveries, and compliance with safety protocols. A valid DOT medical card and a clean driving record are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL license highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience including forklift is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license if driving is essential.
• Ability to meet DOT physical qualification standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers and Sales Centers.
• Load and unload products from the truck daily; maintain truck cleanliness.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist warehouse with inventory counts and order picking/verification.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• Operate truck and warehouse equipment safely and maintain proper loading techniques.
• Maintain organized workspace and vehicle; perform routine truck maintenance checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
