Baker Distributing Company is seeking an HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to safely deliver HVAC products and provide top-notch customer service. You will handle loading/unloading, maintain warehouse operations, and ensure accurate invoicing and inventory checks.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum 1-year truck driving experience.
A DOT medical certificate is required prior to employment.
CDL licenses are highly desirable.
Warehouse experience, including driving a forklift/appliance lift, is a plus.
Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license if driving is essential.
Proficient in English; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Represent Baker Distributing Company as a leader in the industry.
Daily loading and unloading of products for delivery to customers and other centers.
Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
Maintain a daily truck maintenance checklist and log times with merchandise returns.
Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE as required; report hazards immediately.
