Job summary

Metz Air Control is a fast-growing HVAC company seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our HVAC & Plumbing team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in daily operations.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling service, dispatching technicians, data entry, processing service requests and invoices, and coordinating with management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• Must be comfortable calling our customers to advertise services
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
• Enter and update customer information accurately
• Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with technicians and management
