Job summary

Mechollage, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Newport News, VA to be the friendly first point of contact for customers. You’ll handle incoming calls, schedule technician appointments, collect job details, and keep orders organized in our systems.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or scheduling, comfortable with a fast-paced office, excellent phone communication, and a teamwork mindset. HVAC industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, call center, scheduling, reception, or office experience.
• HVAC, home services, or skilled-trades experience is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers calling about HVAC service and maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate technician appointments based on customer needs and availability.
• Ask the right questions to understand service requests and collect accurate information.
• Enter customer and job details into company systems.
• Provide customers with information regarding appointments and services.
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and customer outreach.
