The Gustave A Larson Company in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Counter Sales Representative/Warehouse Attendant to join our HVACR wholesale team. You will handle counter sales, pricing, quoting, and order processing while supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have HVACR experience, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Counter Sales Representative or customer service experience with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years HVACR field experience and/or HVACR degree/certification strongly preferred.
• Combination of education and related experience considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Energetic, customer-focused professional; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and be flexible with overtime and on-call weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter sales support, pricing, quotes and order processing.
• Stock and maintain the store; assist in warehouse duties including forklift operation.
• Assist in organizing truck loads and Will Calls; use RF scanning to locate/pick products.
• Collaborate with warehouse, counter sales and inside sales teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a positive attitude and reliable attendance; adhere to safety policies.
