You will assist dealers and business customers, handle pricing and quotes, manage credit terms, and maintain store stock and presentation. HVACR experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years HVACR field experience or HVACR degree/certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused demeanor.
• Proficient in pricing, quoting, credit terms, and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and dealers at the counter and process orders quickly.
• Provide pricing, quotes, and manage credit terms and warranty paperwork.
• Maintain store stock and keep the counter area clean and organized.
