Gustave A Larson Company seeks a Store Manager to lead our Warehouse Operations and Counter Sales Team in Rochester, MN. You will drive inventory accuracy, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service to dealers and HVAC customers.

The role requires 2+ years of operations leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to growth, safety, and process improvement in a fast-paced HVAC wholesale environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ of operations management and leadership of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Outlook).
• Highly motivated and detail oriented.
• A proven track record of inventory management and warehouse experience.
• Valid Driver’s license/driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse and counter sales teams to meet goals.
