Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking a Warehouse and Counter Sales Associate to join a leading HVAC manufacturing organization, supporting both warehouse functions and customer-facing sales activities. This role requires versatility to perform warehouse duties such as receiving, shipping, and inventory management, alongside providing counter sales support and customer service.

The position requires forklift operation, counter sales or customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; SAP EWM

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Forklift operation skills required.
Experience in counter sales or customer service.
Computer skills to look up parts and process orders.
Strong oral and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

Carry out manual warehouse and clerical tasks related to shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products.
Receive goods, verify shipment accuracy, and inspect product condition.
Prepare and pack items for shipment following specifications and transportation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items using computerized systems.
Direct materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
Support customers at the sales counter and handle phone inquiries as needed.
Complete all necessary written and computerized documentation.
