Job summary

Standard Air & Lite is seeking an experienced HVAC Counter Sales Representative to join our team in Export, PA. In this role you will assist walk-in, phone, email, and web customers, process quotes and sales orders, and help maintain an organized branch environment.

You will promote HVAC products, answer questions, coordinate with warehouse staff, and ensure accurate inventory and shipments. A high school diploma and at least five years of customer service experience are required; HVAC industry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, email, and web customers.
• Process quotes, sales orders, returns, and warranty paperwork accurately.
• Prepare and stage customer pickup orders.
• Communicate order status, arrivals, and backorders to customers.
• Promote HVAC products and assist customers with product selection.
• Support warehouse operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Prepare UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in after-hours rotation as needed.
