Johnstone Supply The Balsan Group is seeking a Counter Sales Representative at our Manchester, NH branch to greet contractors and customers, assist with product selection, process orders, and support daily operations. Pay is $22–$26 per hour with bonus potential.

You will build relationships, provide knowledgeable service, manage inventory as needed, and collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to keep a clean, customer-focused showroom.

Qualificações

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• HVAC industry knowledge or experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to HVAC contractors and walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Answer product questions and help identify solutions.
• Receive, stock, and maintain inventory as needed.
• Support branch operations and work closely with the sales and warehouse teams.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused showroom environment.
