Johnstone Supply The Balsan Group is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of our branch, helping contractors and customers find the right HVAC products and solutions. You will build relationships, provide knowledgeable service, process orders, and support daily operations.

You will work with the sales and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean showroom to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• HVAC industry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to HVAC contractors and walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Answer product questions and help identify solutions.
• Receive, stock, and maintain inventory as needed.
• Support branch operations and work closely with the sales and warehouse teams.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized showroom environment.
