Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer and software proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical counter/warehouse tasks.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• HVAC industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding the right HVAC products.
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and application.
• Provide timely, professional support for customer inquiries and concerns.
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide accurate inventory availability information.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Generate new and repeat business through strong product knowledge.
• Provide pricing, quotes, discounts, and tax calculations.
• Upsell additional products and solutions when appropriate.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to drive additional business.
• Assist customers with basic HVAC product and application questions.
• Refer more complex technical issues to TSA or appropriate team members.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining organized inventory.
• Support general administrative tasks (data entry, filing, phone/email support).
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
