Johnstone Supply The Balsan Group is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to be the face of the branch, helping contractors and customers find the right HVAC products and solutions. You will build relationships, provide knowledgeable service, process orders, and support daily branch operations.

You will excel at customer service, product selection, pricing, and order placement, while maintaining inventory and a clean showroom.

Qualifications

Customer service or sales experience preferred.
HVAC knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

Provide exceptional customer service to HVAC contractors and walk-in customers.
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement.
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
Answer product questions and help identify solutions.
Receive, stock, and maintain inventory as needed.
Support branch operations and work closely with the sales and warehouse teams.
Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused showroom environment.
