Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom merchandising and restock products.
• Resolve customer relations problems with dealers and end users.
• Process sales orders and upsell related items.
• Assist walk-in and phone customers with sourcing, shipping, and inventory needs.
• Provide product and service information via computer, catalog, or phone.
• Arrange stock on shelves and keep merchandise orderly.
